Interesting Cases in 2009

The Oundle Veterinary Surgery was very busy during the year 2009. The vets at the surgery treated many companion and farm animals from Oundle and the surrounding areas including Thrapston Peterborough and Stamford, even as far away as Peru where our vet Natalie Gooch spent her two week holiday doing voluntary work.

We have treated animals with a variety of interesting problems. These included a dog from Trapston who had fox mange to chicken with bumble foot.
There was also the little kitten that fell off a chest of drawers and dislocated its shoulder which after medication, rest and loving care is now fully recovered.

Another interesting case was a 12 week old puppy from Stamford who had Puppy strangles. After treatment and again lots of love and care is now fully recovered.
With our new fantastic refurbishments the surgery is equipped to care for your pet whether it be annual health checks, boosters or something more serious we are always here to help
